Return Window
Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance and beauty products cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
